Marketing Specialist

This position is responsible for the creation, enhancement, and administration of traditional and electronic marketing tools and for providing direct and indirect support to sales, administrative and management staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain digital and print marketing campaigns to support sales, administrative, and management staff.
Coordinate with print vendors and e-marketing vendors.
Create, enhance, and maintain sales associate's presentation slides for sales meetings.
Maintain all agency websites including consistent blog posting, personnel changes and content updates as needed.
Manage all social media pages and create an effective post calendar.
Posts would include self-designed images, monitoring outside sources to share posts, as well as utilizing our insurance carrier partners' marketing options.
Monitor Google Analytics to for web traffic and increase traffic through effective SEO.
This would also include assisting in creating and running reports for consistent follow-up.
Coordinate the internal marketing suite for sales associates including creating content for social media posts and providing support to sales associates when needed.
Assist with ordering promotional items for events throughout the year Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Experience:
Two-Three years' experience in a marketing role Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Strong internet computer skills; proficiency at updating websites through control panels, web editor software knowledge and uploading of images and content as needed.
Ability to work with other departments to achieve a common goal.
Attention to detail; effective oral communication skills.
Superior written communication skills.
Ability to edit written communication of other individuals.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Acrobat Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Adobe Photoshop Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
