Our office strives to provide our patients with the highest quality and most up to date care available.
The person we hire for this position is usually the first point of contact for patients or perspective patients.
This is a full time position Monday through Thursday.

Duties for this position include:
Scheduling and telephone communications Patient registration including detailed data entry of insurance information Helping patients with the registration process Keeping the schedule full by calling past due patients Treatment planning review and financial arrangements Understands A/R and Collections Communication skills Maintains confidentiality Positive team dynamics High motivated Genuine concern for patients and their families Prior experience with Patterson Eaglesoft Dental Program preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
