Job Description:
Lead and execute testing and data conversion activities for assigned functional area in support of Workday deployment.
They will create and execute test scripts for assigned functional area (focus will be primarily Time & Absence, with potential secondary support in payroll space) Coordinate End to End test scenarios among the various teams (functional process owners, technical teams, workstream leads), managing the connection points and hand-offs Log defects and retest, ensuring resolution (ex; approval routing that isn't going to the right Spin-Co person) Complete data conversion validation, using Workday reports and Excel comparison formulas to ensure accurate data is loaded according to country requirements v-lookups (data comparison) Ideally, seeking 5
years' experience Education:
Minimum education requirements Prefer a 4-year degree, but open to resources with equivalent experience.
Top 3 required skills, soft / preferred skills Detail oriented/excellent communication skills , HR deployment experience, comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment Functional BA:
3-5 yrs Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution.
Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements.
Responsibilities:
Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution 2.
Identify and understand the end user's need 3.
Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
