The position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Experience, Education, and Licensure:
A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years Company vehicle provided when working evenings/weekends for rotating on call with a premium rate paid when on-call Training & tools (valued at $1,100) are PROVIDED! We are looking for someone who:
Has previous maintenance experience, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs Enjoys taking pride in seeing a job through completion Enjoys a career with different problems to solve during the day Enjoys interacting with residents while performing maintenance duties
