This is a full-time, year-round position, Monday through Friday 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm, some flexibility considered.
Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, able to work independently, punctual, have excellent communication skills, and possess high level observation skills.
Job duties will include:
Station at reception greeting and monitoring guests.
Monitoring and reviewing security camera footage.
Patrol building and grounds to deter theft, vandalism, and loitering.
Police for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked access points, and unauthorized persons.
Observe and report incidents, caring for the safety of building tenants and guests.
Warn violators about rules and regulations.
Act to enforce regulations and directives.
Communicate with emergency personnel when needed.
Maintain knowledge of all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
Direct individuals supplying materials to the correct delivery area Expel trespassers.
Prepare reports as required.
Maintain a professional image.
Maintain company reputation by complying with regulations.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of Security Guard experience.
Candidate must consent to a background check.
