Guest Check-in, including discussing previously declined work Opening day procedures Answering phones Scheduling appointments Team Communications Building estimates Advising clients on needed repairs Assist on pick-up and delivery of vehicles Parts ordering Part delivery to Technicians Assist in work distribution Check inspections Help to keep technicians on task, and on time Review completed repairs and applicable warranties with clients at vehicle pick up Closing day procedures THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
Have excellent customer service skills Be a self-starter who likes to initiate projects and get things done Possess The ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them into written instructions for Technicians Maintain a customer satisfaction focus Display the ability to work well with a diverse client base, technicians, and coworkers Be a team player! Have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience working in a professional auto repair business is required.
Have experience with automotive related software.
This is a must! Applicants should have the ability to type well, be technically minded, proficient with modern technology and forms of communication, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
