Job Summary This position will have the option to telework; the employee will be required to complete a telework agreement.
This position is part of the Public Affairs Team within the Office of Communications and Public Engagement.
The position will primarily serve as an assistant to the Social Media Coordinator with the day-to-day operation of MnDOT's social media accounts, including creating and posting content; monitoring public comments, and researching and responding to them as needed; and creating ads to promote agency projects, surveys and events.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Two years of professional experience with the following
Responsibilities:
NOTE:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or closely similar may substitute for one year of professional work experience.
Experience writing content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube; Experience with writing, editing and consulting on communications materials; Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media advertising and analytics, including Meta ads.
Experience with photography or recording video, especially for social media platforms.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
