Duties include painting, yard and grounds maintenance, interior duties as assigned, and general building upkeep.
Hours are negotiable, and this is a great summer gig for someone who is in summer school.
Applicants must be self-motivated, hard-working, trustworthy, punctual, and must pass a background check.
Exact times are negotiable, but must occur during the business day M-F.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
This position is a contract, at-will position that pays $17/hr.
