Requirements:
The primary duty of the Engagement Associate, Donor Marketing is to support and execute outreach recruitment efforts to grow the Rebiotix Stool Donor Program enrollment numbers under the direction of the Donor Development and Marketing Manager.
This includes contributing alongside other teammates to develop and implement various communications and outreach efforts on projects.
You will have many opportunities to be creative, try a vast variety of outreach and communications tools and play different roles based on project needs.
Candidates must effectively engage donors who may have misconceptions about the donation process.
Professional telephone etiquette is required, as is the ability to build rapport with donors in a heavy blended (inbound and outbound) call environment.
Through job accountability, excellent donor care, and exceptional time management, this role contributes to the achievement of department goals.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:
Achieve annual and monthly donor enrollment targets through strategic recruitment and account management.
Responsible for the execution of the donor marketing plan and activities - including but not limited to; direct mail, emails, phone calls and face-to-face recruitment efforts.
Establish a first point of contact with potential donors by answering incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Identify potential donors by utilizing lead data obtained through recruitment and outreach channels.
Educate and inform donors about all aspects of the donation process, as well as screen and qualify them in accordance with established guidelines.
Maintains understanding of Donor Operations operating processes and unique donor requirements.
Assist with recruitment tracking process, communication, and reporting.
Able to utilize Excel and CRM software to track progress of recruitment effort.
Recognize opportunities for increased efficiency and make recommendations to the Donor Development and Marketing Manager.
Research new donor enrollment sources.
Utilize existing tools and resources to build and execute field marketing, sales enablement and relationship building activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally.
Assist in the development of monthly reporting of key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
College degree or relevant career experience in sales, marketing communications, or customer relations.
Must project a professional demeanor, both in person and on the phone.
Ability to work independently and productively to meet and exceed goals while focusing on details and adapting to a changing environment.
Proven track record of achieving set/annual targets.
High energy and objective orientated.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills related to effective sales and key account management.
Persuasive and influential ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and generally strong computer skills.
Organizing and multi-tasking skills are essential, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrable experience of and expertise with CRM systems, including data segmentation.
Outstanding oral and written communication, including strong presentation skills Experience in database management, reporting, and data entry.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional groups.
