Full-Time Express Service Advisor - 2 opportunities available! Performance Pay Plan! You are in control of your bonus! (Potential to exceed $60,000/year) Same schedule every week! Schedule Includes Saturdays (NO Sundays!), with a non-consecutive day off during the week Mid-level position - excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement! Job Duties include:
Create vehicle repair orders for regular maintenance and minor repairs.
Describe available options, compute cost and time estimates, and accept payment while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Handle customers efficiently and effectively from appointment to pick up.
Properly document customer requests for communication to technicians.
Advise customers of needed work and help them make informed decisions.
Progress check repair orders throughout the day.
Book repair orders making sure everything is correct and complete.
Quality check work making sure it is fixed right the first time.
Inform customer when work is complete, inform customer what was done and why, and make future recommendations.
