This position will further deepen and broaden the R process engineering knowledge and capability across Dairy Foods. The candidate will lead and support key technical initiatives with R product development teams and Operations to design processes for product or technology innovation, as well as establish control and capabilities in existing systems.The candidate will take on a variety of job responsibilities, such as:
Provide advanced engineering proficiency to the feasibility assessment, development, and commercialization of new products & processesSupport the origination of prototypes and the development of technical approach and risk assessment related to new product and process development from bench-top to pilot-plant and through to plant-scaleDevelop robust technical learning plans to meet project objectives and deliver technology solutionsDevelop product & process specifications based on acceptable tolerance intervals, through process capability studies and statistical methodsApply fundamental engineering principles to further deepen R knowledge of product-process interactions in existing and new production systemsSupport or lead the identification & exploration of new process technologies with an eye toward industry innovation and trendsParticipate as an active member of cross-functional business teams including Marketing, Operations, Quality and SourcingAbility to design experiments & interpret data by applying statistical methods and to report implications in an effective mannerRequired
Experience:
B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related field5
years' experience in food research, process engineering or manufacturingRequired Competencies & Skills:
Ability to apply fundamental principles of key unit operations for food processing and navigate plant processes to provide process leadership to R product and manufacturing project teamsExperience supporting or leading new product / process / technology development and margin management / productivity / cost savings initiatives, including scale-up and plant trial leadershipPracticed experience with process capability and control principlesStrong understanding of food systems, ingredients, and processing interactionsSolid project management and organization skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills applicable across broad cross-functional audienceWillingness to mentor junior-level engineersProactive and results orientedTravel requirement:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
