Proactively optimize businesses processes and identify root cause of defects through data Understand business processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) master data into holistic analytical datasets Create automated workflows and actionable analytics to enable continuous improvement of sourcing operations Transform data capabilities within global sourcing Recognize and adopt best practices:
validation, test, design, version control, data integrity, and documentation Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) combined years business intelligence tools and ETL (SAP Business Objects, Tableau, QlikView, Domo, etc.) experience in a private, public, government or military environment Three (3) years proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL in a private, public, government or military environment Two (2) years working knowledge of Python, C#, Java, R, or other related programming languages in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Knowledge of business processes and systems functionality within a sourcing or procurement function Proven track record of intellectual curiosity and process improvement/automation, with an ability to influence and persuade cross functional teams Familiarity with RPA technology Knowledge of machine learning models and passion to continuously learn technology as required Experience with SAP Hana, Snowflake, and/or SQL Server Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete day-to-day tasks with minimum amount of direction Knowledge of infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as Service (SaaS) with experience creating automated workflows (Azure,. NET, Power Platform)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
