This role also interfaces with multiple other business areas, providing advice, training, second level support, and working toward efficiencies within and without their direct area of responsibility. This position will be a hybrid role and will come into the office a few days a week and work from home a few days a week. Primary
Responsibilities:
Business Analyst o Business lead on B2B IT development or enhancement projects o Define and document business processes, requirements, and use cases o Document as-is and create to-be models and processes o Design solutions based on an understanding and expertise of the business processes, practices and objectives o Manage the details of development projects by working with the BSA's and developers to define the direction and make or coordinate business decisions throughout the project o Represent Winfield United in AgGateway industry wide projects developing new B2B processes and messages. B2B Enablement o Manage the list and priority of initiatives to enable transactions with partners (suppliers and customers), including the following types of tasks:
o Work with partners to determine need for new transactions or enhancements to existing transactions o Work with 3rd party providers to execute setup and testing of connections and messages o Create test scenarios, test scripts and sample test data for use in QA testing Data Process Management o Monitoring, analysis and coordination of data integrity and data clean-up efforts which directly impact B2B errors and process efficiency o Database level reporting and data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, EDQ o Recommend process improvements and opportunities for efficiency based on day-to-day work and support findings EDI Operations Support o Provide 2nd level support to the B2B Operations Administration team o Provide 2nd level support on EDI sales reporting reconciliation. o Provide backup and assistance in maintaining processes and data quality o Other projects as assigned, for example support of WU Pricing by assisting with price loads as needed or assisting with GPOS data updates and reporting Required Experience/Education (to be able to perform this job):
o Bachelors degree o 4-5 years EDI or XML business and process experience o Experience with macro language and/or database queries (SQL, Excel macros, scripting, etc.) o The ability to connect business needs with data needs o Demonstrated strong problem solving, troubleshooting of issues, attention to detail, and organization skills o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Knowledge of Customer Service Order Management processes o Knowledge of Electronic Commerce concepts and terminology o Proven ability to manage complex issues, projects and strategies (across functions) o Strong leadership and analytical skills o Experience in functional analysis and design of applications and enhancements Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
o Experience implementing process, data, systems and organizational changes o Strong aptitude for analytical concepts and problem solving o Business process design and implementation o Ability to maintain focus and a positive attitude in ambiguous or high-pressure situations o Knowledge of the Agricultural Inputs industry o Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP o JD Edwards configuration of processing options, versions, and experience in functional design
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
