To provide leadership on project delivery including full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously. Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements. This role will mentor project specialists to develop talent and integrate shared approaches and processes and partner with cross-functional teams both internal & external (marketing, HR, procurement, business unit, and agencies). Desired Experience and Education Project management experience required with (ideally) PMP certification. Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Ideally 5+years of work experience within Marketing or Communications, preferably with marketing strategy, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet business priorities. Must be able to delegate to and influence peers and manage up appropriately. Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and project management skills. Must be able to simplify complex projects into key deliverables, roadmaps, and project plans. Comfort working within ambiguity and an ability to bring clarity and formulate a path forward. Desire to work independently and in a team environment with ability to learn quickly and adapt to change; a 'chip in' mentality shared by all levels. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; excellent proofreading skills and grammar skills with a keen eye for detail Must be able to work in a hybrid environment - self prioritizing and time managing. No travel required with the exception periodic team meetings (if remote). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and PM software.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
