Finance Manager Strategic Asset Management at Land O Lakes in Saint Paul, MN

Our Strategic Asset Management (SAM) Group is looking for a Finance Manager to develop, maintain, and distribute business process and performance metrics to ag retailers providing data insights which enable improved business decisions. This role will work with WinField United Sales/SAM members to initiate participation as well as facilitate data and business analysis. This will also include leveraging internal Land O'Lakes and external resources to build a practice of continuous improvement on benchmarking tools and processes. The delivering of Benchmarking analytics will be facilitated through presentations, e-mail, and occasional in-person meetings. Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher with major in accounting, finance, management, supply chain, marketing, or other business degree programs; 12 or more years of relevant work experience; including the ability to gather and understand data Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Required Competencies & Other Skills:
Strong written communication Strong organization and time management skills Success in this position requires high internal drive, a natural ability for relationship building, and leadership in a team environment Preferred Experience & Education:
MBA Candidates with knowledge of retail agriculture business operation and industry Previous supervisory/management experience
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
