Manage the team members assigned to salaried and hourly roles, with regular leadership support, hiring and performance management, ongoing development managing resources and managing reporting and metrics Partner with business leaders and human resources to translate business needs into talent needs Act as a talent advisor influencing staffing decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and deep expertise of external labor markets. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience 8 years Recruitment experience leading and conducting hands on full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, levels and business/functional areas, especially non-exempt and difficult-to-fill roles 5
years managing employees, including forming, developing, and leading high performing teams Experience researching and implementing successful diversity hiring initiatives Experience running recruitment projects strongly desired Superior relationship building skills with people at all levels and with internal and external customers, partners, and vendors A passion for superior candidate and manager experience Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with Workday Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system experience preferred Experience with compliant hiring practices
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
